Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Slice & Shake website (web.sliceandshake.com) or placing an order through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Ordering

Orders placed through our website are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: item unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (name, phone number, delivery address) is accurate and complete. You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are correct so we can reach you regarding your order.

3. Pricing

All prices on our website are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are tax-inclusive. Prices may change without prior notice, but any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Delivery fees are calculated based on your delivery zone and are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Delivery

We offer delivery to addresses within our designated delivery zones in Cairo. Delivery zones are determined by proximity to our branch locations (Korba, Heliopolis and One Golden Square, New Cairo).

  • Delivery fees vary by zone and are displayed during checkout.
  • Estimated delivery time is 30-45 minutes, but may vary depending on order volume and traffic conditions.
  • If your address falls outside our delivery zones, you will be notified at checkout and may choose pickup instead.
  • You must be available at the delivery address to receive your order. If we are unable to reach you after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned to the branch.

5. Pickup

Pickup orders can be collected from either of our branch locations. You will select your preferred branch during checkout. Please collect your order within a reasonable time after the estimated preparation time.

6. Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. Payment is collected by the delivery driver or at the branch for pickup orders.

Online card payment (via Paymob) is coming soon and will be announced on our website when available.

7. Cancellation

To cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact the branch directly by phone as soon as possible. Branch phone numbers are available on our Branches page.

Cancellation may not be possible once your order has entered preparation. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests made promptly.

8. Refunds

If you receive an incorrect or defective order, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please retain your order receipt and, if possible, photos of the issue.

9. Promo Codes

Promotional codes are subject to their specific terms and conditions. Unless otherwise stated, promo codes cannot be combined with other offers, are limited to one use per customer, and may have expiration dates or minimum order requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

Slice & Shake provides its website and ordering services on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

  • Delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.).
  • Temporary unavailability of the website due to maintenance or technical issues.
  • Allergic reactions — please inform us of any food allergies when placing your order.
  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, text, images, and design elements — is the property of Slice & Shake and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
