Our Story
Slice & Shake began with a simple frustration. A slice that claimed to be New York–style, but felt like an imitation.
The journey started at home, with a single oven and an obsession with getting it right. Flour types tested, sauces adjusted, fermentation cycles refined.
As the recipe moved closer to authenticity, something else became clear. A great slice should respect where it comes from, but it should also speak to the place it lives in.
