  • Odoo (POS System) — our order management and point-of-sale system, hosted at slice-shake.odoo.com. Your name, phone, email, address, and order data are stored here to process and track your orders.
  • Resend (Email Service) — we use Resend to send order confirmation emails and form submission notifications. Your email address is shared with Resend only for transactional email delivery.
  • Paymob (Payment Processing) — when card payments become available, your payment details will be processed securely by Paymob. We never store card numbers on our servers.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy:

  • Order data — retained for up to 2 years for order history and dispute resolution.
  • Account data — retained until you request account deletion.
  • Contact form submissions — retained for up to 6 months.
